The material
Three material families
Metal roofs are made from metal panels or shingles rather than asphalt.
Shake roofs are made from split wood pieces, giving a rough, natural texture.
Slate roofs are made from thin pieces of natural stone.
Each one is installed and repaired differently, and not every home suits every material. The inspection tells us what you have, what it needs and whether repair or replacement makes sense.

- Repair. Leaks, storm wear and damaged or missing pieces, when the rest of the roof is in good shape.
