When you use the inspection request form, you enter the service you need, the property address, your first name, phone number, email address and an optional message, and you choose whether we may contact you and whether you agree to receive text messages. If you use the chat on this website, we receive the messages and any contact details you send.
How the form and chat work
The request form and the chat are provided by GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), the customer management system we use. When you submit the form or send a chat message, your details go to that system so we can respond. If you call or email us directly, we receive the details you choose to share.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your request — for example, to schedule an inspection, answer questions or follow up about roofing work you’ve asked about — by email, phone call or, if you agreed to it, text message. We don’t sell your information.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers. The request form and chat are provided by GoHighLevel and may use cookies or similar browser storage to work. If that changes, we’ll update this notice.
